Vanessa was wonderful! I really enjoyed my detox pedicure. I wish I had planned enough time for a manicure...next time I most definitely will! It is a huge bonus they offer validated parking in the garage immediately to the right of their front door!
I hate to give this place only 2 stars because it certainly has potential but my experience was my first and last, unfortunately. Besides the aesthetically appealing decor and vibe the service was not the best. Maybe this is due to the tech I worked with but as shown in the photo attached my pedicure nail paint is not only smugged (didn’t dry well after 1 hr) but the nails are uneven as well. I am genuinely surprised by the quality of the service and final product because I’ve gone to less high-end/luxury salons that are cheaper and have better quality service. Again, maybe it’s just the tech I worked with but I would think for the price all techs would be able equally decent especially for such a simple service as this. I hope you have a better experience!
Absolutely wonderful experience here! Service was excellent - pedicure was thoroughly done with great cuticle work, hot towels, scrub and body cream, and massage. They offer vegan friendly, quick dry alternative to gel polish as well. Very reasonable pricing on pedicures. The place itself was super eclectic and cute. Beautiful and decorated well. Nice offer of complimentary beverages and restroom was very clean and well maintained. Thank you, Vanessa for the great service!!!!
I cannot say enough about the staff here. The sheer joy it is to find manicurist who are able to deal with people with sensory and sensitivity Issues has me giddy! I loved the work Amy did on my hands and the fact that I was able to sit through a whole session has made me a return customer. And let’s not talk about the nails. They are gorgeous! I think Gel X is my new favorite.
First and last i don’t recommend this place the customer service is great but not worth the price at all so unhappy with the $170 i paid i was told it was $55 for feet they charge me 85 plus my hands another 85 no no not worth 85$ each also left glue on the back of my nails both sides😭
