This was my second time booking with Branden Lay His service was amazing Great personality and conversation The nail art I showed him for inspo He def gave me the exact I def will be back and I highly recommend The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well The music playlist was def a vibe
Honestly extremely disappointed because the reviews were so good. I went here because on their social media and reviews everything looked so nice. The tech had no interest in the video/pictures of what I wanted, it was a reverse ombré with a neutral and a periwinkle. She asked me to pick out a color, I found one but apparently it wasn’t a gel so she went to grab the gel version but she came back with a lavender. I mentioned it and she told me I was wrong and that it was the same color. I chose to ignore it because that wasn’t the most important detail to me. During the manicure portion she cut me on 3 different fingers. Then she started the polish portion. She was doing something completely different than what I wanted. Putting the lavender all over my nails. I tried to show her the video again because maybe only 1/4 of the nail was actually color. Still no interest in what I was saying. She finished the test nail and I told her I didn’t like it. We ended up deciding to just go with my preferred basic polish because she obviously couldn’t give me what I was asking for. She half way removed my lavender polish that she put all over. So now I’m stuck with dirty looking nails with chunks of lavender under all of the nude and painful little cuts all over my fingers.
I came to Nail Haus after moving from out of state and it was a lovely experience. Keaira was super sweet and welcoming, and Kandy did a fabulous job on my nails. She was friendly and thorough. I look forward to returning for a pedicure soon. I highly recommend this shop for a personal and enjoyable experience!
I found this place on Google based on trying out a black owned business and nail salon. Let me say, Kandy, was very accommodating and did the Bombbb on my pedicure…she’s great! Overall, the location is cool - right in Deep Ellum. The managerial staff is very subpar, I was drawn into complimentary adult drinks, plush decor and customer service based on their reviews and website but was greeted with low vibrations and no drinks even offered. The main owner literally chose who she spoke with (looked right over me annd others) and didn’t even look up from her phone when we left her salon. I don’t mind patronizing and supporting businesses but service should match the amount of money ($195 for a gel x set/pedicure) requested for these services. Unfortunately this made a bad taste in sharing this salon to my friends, I hate that!
Y’all this place was a 20/10 for me! The environment was amazing! The decor was very tasteful. The staff was super nice and inviting. We had a good time talking and getting to know each other and most importantly the nails came out bomb! This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Don’t book any where else, nail haus has all you need!
