I’ve been going to Haneen since I moved back from LA in 2020 & I will never stop. She is a true artist. I could go on and on, but her work truly speaks for itself! I’m beyond picky about my eyebrows as a result of way too many botched threading attempts. The first time I went to Haneen, I knew I’d found the one. I even convinced my boyfriend to let her thread his brows, and now he goes consistently, lol. Also, she’s such an amazing person with the kindest heart. A true gem. 10/10 recommend everyone trust her with their brows.
I'm honestly disappointed that I have to give this review because Haneen does a great job on brows. I know what happens now when unforeseen circumstances arise. She doesn't care and chooses money over her repeat customers. That will only take you so far in your career if you don't value your repeat customers. I understand if I would be given a cancellation fee and reschedule, but I didn't deserve to be charged full price twice for a one time unforeseen circumstance. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My experience with Haneen was not a pleasant one AT ALL. I was charged extra for a service that I did not receive. I was unable to make my appointment due to a horrible accident which caused a major traffic build up. If you live in the Dallas area then you know how unexpectedly an interstate can be shut down and come to a complete halt due to an accident. However, I called Haneen ahead of time to let her know that I would be running late and possibly may not be able to make my appointment. She initially told me that was fine and that i could reschedule. She also said that she would not charge me a cancellation fee as a courtesy for being a first time customer and due to the nature of the situation. i was unable to make my appointment unfortunately, and called her back 10 min prior to my appointment to let her know, as i told her i would in our initial conversation on the phone. Then i guess she had a change of heart and without consulting with me. After an hour or two of us speaking on the phone she charged my card without my consent. i was charged the cancellation fee that she promised she would NOT charge me.. I am disappointed at the lack of respect for the customers time and money that has been displayed by this business. Be aware of the fradulence that could potentially happen to you when dealing with Haneen. Be sure that you are careful not to be deceived like i was.
I'm changing my review because of the customer service I received today. I arrived during my appointment time (5-7 minutes late) and there was someone else in her chair, and I was refused service. Haneen was then unapologetic and incorrectly quoted her cancellation policy, saying that it clearly says only a 5 minute grace period is given. I've attached a screenshot of the policy from her website where nothing of the sort is stated. I was not a no show or late cancellation. I will not be returning. 3 stars for poor customer service, but because when she actually does the work, it lasts. Her shaping work is not perfect.
I’m already a big fan. She squeezed me in last minute. Haneen is friendly, personable and professional. For me, so conveniently located too - right in the heart of downtown just outside Deep Ellum. I’ll be back and I highly recommend making yourself an appointment to see Haneen!
