Huge, very spacious. Overall really nice theater experience. Reclining seats with feet elevation, pivoting small tables, and tons of screens. Spacious. I like that the seats aren’t too close together, and there are partition walls behind each row of seats, so you don’t feel people kicking your seat. There’s also plenty of room for walking in the aisles and between the rows of seats without people having to get up or move their legs aside to get by. For the 3D movies they have individually wrapped plastic glasses in children and adult sizes, better than the flimsy paper, and nice to know they haven’t been worn already. There’s a return spot for recycling them (I hope). So, even though it is cool, it’s pretty wasteful. Like always, it gets a little chilly, but they sell blankets (and everything else). Seats are chosen when purchasing tickets-either online, at a kiosk inside, or at the ticket window for that old school feeling experience. I saw a kids theater camp area that seemed like a cool idea, pictures of the gist of that included.
Cinemark in Allen is always a great movie experience. The seats are super comfy and recline, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the show. The theater is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love their snack selection—popcorn is always fresh! It’s our favorite spot for movie nights.
I came by with 3 other guys to celebrate a belated birthday. I didn't know Cinemark had a location here. My friend bought out tickets and it was easy to find our seats. We watched Captain America Brave New World. The seats were comfortable as you can recline pretty far back. The restrooms were clean and there is plenty of parking available outside.
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this theater was. From the outside it appears to be an older theater but the inside tells a different story. They definitely have remodeled it and added updates such as luxury loungers, a bar area, redid the snack bar and many more amenities. The chairs where in good shape, the staff was friendly and everything was clean which is really a nice surprise for a movie theater. I will definitely be back to the Cinemark Allen 16 and XD theater really soon.
Always a great experience at Cinemark Allen! The theaters are clean, the seats are super comfortable (love the recliners), and the sound and screen quality are top-notch. Staff is friendly and everything feels well-managed.
