It’s a Smallest Cinemark in DFW. Their movie Theater is so small and flat. If you wanna watch movie in a Big screen then definitely don’t waste your time going here. Even the movie screens are smaller than their other theater. We went there to see a movie and we definitely enjoyed even though I would have preferred watching it in much more Bigger Screen. But if a smaller screen is not a big deal for you, then definitely go to this location.
This is a smaller theater but it is very clean and well managed. Really only spoke to the lady at the concession counter and she was incredible. Very friendly and polite but what stood out was her personality. She seemed like someone you have known for years. She didn't try to up-sell everything but knew the menu and made suggestions. She was great. Theater and bathroom were very clean. Very nice theater. It's small but more intimate.
Zavie was so nice and professional and helpful. This location in particular is amazing. Jeff Bryson helped me out getting in and was great! Jillian helped with popcorn and Lexxi helped with the ticketing process and all staff members were working to the sanitization of the theater in their downtime. The theater has come such a long way from being a Dollar Theater in 2011 to a very clean and inviting non Dollar theater in 2024. Asher was great as a cashier.
We took my son and some friends to see the new Transformers movie as a birthday celebration. This theater’s staff was friendly, patient, accommodating and just all around so pleasant! I had a tall concession order and it was delivered promptly even when I needed to make a change once I got there after ordering ahead. They kindly refunded unused tickets since I overbought, patiently delivered snacks to 10 antsy children and made the whole experience wonderful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
This place used to be the Dollar Theater. Now it's the newest again! The movie I just saw was in a room holding 75, so smaller more intimate experience. The seats are recliner, but not their fanciest -- just a button for up and another for down; not the 4-button models. Lots of leg room! Seriously! They have normal movie food, not a little Cafe like some locations (if they still have them) so I had to get a basic hotdog -- no Alamo Dogs here.
