I like the D-Box seats in this theater. It is clean and spacious. The concession stand has a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend seeing a movie here and definitely get the D-Box seats.
I absolutely love the movies, I see several each month. But this theater has rapidly declined in quality. Half the chairs no l9nger recline, several of the ones that still do have very little cushion in the leg support. And all of them are in need on lubricant. When you are sitting in these chairs for 2-4 hours...they should be of high priority to the owner!
We tried to get a refill in soda and the manager on duty tried to refuse claiming they were closed. My wife used to work at a theatre and knows there should be someone there for refills. They gave us a lot of push back then let us take a bottle of soda instead. Especially being this woman claimed to be the manager on duty, this is unacceptable. If this is not a policy of yours this should have been presented better. Her customer service skills are sub par and she needs training! I'm really tired of customer service these days…no matter what job you have you should do it well, it goes a long way for you as an employee and for the customer I am not able to reply to the response from Cinemark but these are not kind words. It seems you are not taking this review seriously! Probably the same snot nosed wanna be manager responding..
Chairs don't even recline so it's extremely uncomfortable to sit in the seat straight up. $70 after tickets and snacks for a terrible experience
So glad this Cinemark is in Mansfield. We probably watch at least one movie a month here! Clean facility! Nice staff. The secret movies are sometimes an interesting surprise, and if you like to go to the movies, I highly recommend the Cinemark Movie Club.
