The bar and atmosphere were amazing as well as the bottle selection, if you’re looking for a high end cocktail bar this isn’t your place. This is a place to wind down and relax off fairly priced drinks and bartenders (Julia) who know how to mix drinks and create a welcoming atmosphere. Food was great and couldn’t speak enough about how great Julia was in helping my group all throughout the night even on a slammed busy night. Ample parking and great street tacos. You’re missing out if you’re not getting a drink from Julia and a taco from this place. Will be back soon.
Worst service ever, we stood at the bar for over 20 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged when there was 3 people behind the bar, they were slower than hell, very rude and the drinks were weak and way over priced. They charged a cover charge of $5 per person for the winner of the Halloween contest which never even happened and we left well after midnight, they also charged us $2 more for food and drinks stating it was because it was event prices which is not on the menu. The whole experience was horrible. We spent $120 for 2 drinks , 1 beer, and chicken strips. It was outrageous and way over priced with horrible service. Never even had the contest and 45 percent of the people had left already. I will not be coming back . It was a horrible experience.
This is a so called business that will 86 you for no reason at all! They put a hold on my card and only my card nobody else at the bar. I make the decision to let the owner know I will no longer go there or recommend anyone and now they are saying I'm 86'd? Bad place! Bad manager! Bad ownership!!
When we walked in 3 guys were arguing over by the slot machines. There were 8 people in the building including the 2 of us. No one was behind the counter; we stood there for around 5+ minutes (my boyfriend went to the bathroom and came back out and still we waited for quite some time). Finally a woman behind us sitting at one of the tables spoke up and said she would be right with us. Charged us $15 for a Modelo and a captain and coke. You have to pay $5 per hour for pool table use which seems odd. And the pool tables definitely need some TLC. If you drop a pool stick, you're charged $1 or something like that. There are signs posted all over the pool table area about it. 2 guys walked in while we were there with a box of pizza and their personal pool sticks. The woman noticed them right away. Barked, "no outside food in here. You have to leave it at the counter". The guys set the pizza box on the counter, walked over to the pool tables, saw the signs everywhere and how much it cost to play, they quickly left. The outside area looks run down. They spent a lot of money on the cover and seemed to be where it stopped. We've tried to give this place a shot on more than one occasion and it just seems that it's not the place to be for us.
Had a delicious Lemon Drop and sang karaoke. The KJ does a fantastic job of keeping the beat up with the patrons, creating a fun experience!
