Food was incredibly slow. Waited almost 45 mins for a burger and tacos. Very rarely came to check on us or refill drinks. Didn't bowl or watch movie, so can only speak for restaurant service, which was terrible. Karaoke night is cool, had some very good singers come in and that's about the only thing that made it better.
**Disappointed** My mother is deaf and my sister and I took her to see wicked this thanksgiving weekend. The theater claimed to have captioning devices so she could enjoy. When we arrived NONE of the staff knew where the devices were or how to operate them. Eventually the staff found us a device that didnāt work, and when I complained they replaced it with another device that didnāt work. My mom asked me to give up and she just did her best to read lips for the rest of the movie. Everyone was nice but unhelpful and honestly dismissive. I donāt blame the staff but clearly the management has not trained them on this accommodation. Iāve been in the service industry for 8 years so I understand things slip through the cracks but for NO ONE to understand how the devices worked was incredibly frustrating and diminished my view of this business. We also didnāt get money back for her ticket :(
We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Film Alley in Weatherford. Our movie started at 7:30, and we arrived at 6:50. We placed our food order at 7:00, expecting it to arrive in time to enjoy during the movie. It took 20 minutes just to get my diet coke, and 45 minutes for my wifeās iced tea. After an hour of waiting, we still hadn't received any food. I tracked down our server in the hallway to ask about it, and he said heād check. Another half an hour passed, and still nothing. By this point, the movie was more than halfway over. I spoke to the manager, explaining that we no longer wanted the food and that theyād better not charge my card. The manager barely seemed concerned but said heād ātry to fix the issue.ā Finally, 15 minutes later, our food arrivedājust as the movie was ending. Although they didnāt charge us for the food, they still charged us $18 for drinks and chips and salsa. Considering how poorly the situation was handled, they should have comped everything. We wonāt be coming back. There are plenty of other theaters that actually care about their customersā experience.
Iāve only come here for the theater so far, but Iāve been here a few times and have always had a great experience! The call button to order is super convenient and theyāre always quick to respond. The popcorn (with extra butter always) is by far the BEST Iāve ever had, movie theater or otherwise. Iāve also had the potato skins once and they were fantastic! The menu is on the pricier side so I typically opt out but I think itās worth a try for sure. I also love the support of local businesses in the ads before the movie and wish other places did the same. I only wish they had reclining seats to make it a little more comfortable but it is well worth the visit even without. Also the ticket guy is super friendly every single time and is worth a shout out. ā¤ļø
We arrived early Friday morning for bowling and was super impressed. Every single employee was nice and attentive. The bowling alley was clean and had a large selections of āgamesā to play. The food is really good considering itās a bowling alley, arcade, and movie theater. Itās our favorite bowling alley around and great prices too!
