I am currently practicing for the first dance at my wedding. From the very first class, even if you are a complete beginner (as I was), Shorena effortlessly makes you feel comfortable on the dance floor. Her ability to instruct and demonstrate the steps from various perspectives demonstrates true mastery. I learned so much more than I expected in the first 45 minutes. She makes the entire experience fun and every second impactful - I can’t recommend her and her team enough, and I can’t wait to go back.
Shorena is all you could ever ask for in a dance teacher. My fiancé and I were researching places for our wedding dance lessons after having some sub-par experiences. Her response time was quick and we hopped on an intro call together. I loved her directness and politeness right away and knew she would whip us into shape, which is exactly what we needed! LOTS of direction and patience. We have had two classes with her so far and not only did it make us incredibly excited for our first dance in front of everyone, we had a blast learning. We laugh the entire time and she is so encouraging. She is a fantastic teacher, and we can't wait to update this review after we have danced at our wedding. She is very proud of her business and her career and it shows through her hard work with all her students. Thank you so much Shorena! I had the pleasure of attending ballroom dance classes at Gocha and Shorena center of dance and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The studio offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes every dancer feel welcome and supported. Gocha and Shorena are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled instructors. The variety of dance styles offered at G&S dance studio is impressive from classic ballroom to lively Latin dances. The studio itself is gorgeous and very well maintained. In my opinion, the best dance studio in the DFW area that I wholeheartedly recommend!
