We only stayed one night but it was a great experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The temperature control was easy to adjust. The bed was comfortable. They only offer valet parking but there is quite a bit of street parking if you want to utilize that. We stayed on a Saturday night so there was no time limit on Sunday and we were able to walk around the area before we checked out in the morning. It's in a fantastic location, just across the street from a great park and nature reserve. Lots of places to eat nearby and they have a nice restaurant in the hotel. I look forward to staying here again so we can explore the area more while staying in a comfortable and clean hotel.
We arrived here Christmas Day, you are required to use Valet and it was really nice to have. We pulled upfront took out our luggage and went to the front desk to check in. We had our room key right away and headed into the room. Front desk staff and valet were working really hard as I believe they were running a small staff due to the holiday. The room was spacious and clean and the food we ordered for room service was very tasty. We would stay again for sure. It was a one night stay as we were on a road trip.
I recently stayed here for business about 2 weeks ago. The people above me were stomping on the floor and woke me out of a dead sleep from1-2am, and I had to call the front desk for help. The people barely stopped even after the front desk made contact. It was a rough night of sleep, and the street noise was extremely loud coupled with the people upstairs. I also booked through Capital One, and when I arrived, I was informed that the room that I pre-booked AND PAID for was not available, and that my room was downgraded. When I asked for compensation, the hotel told me to talk to Capital One. When I tried to go through Capital One, they said they are trying to talk to the hotel. Its been a 2 week mess of no one accepting responsibility.
Indisputably a nice room and hotel! But with the amount paid, I never get these kind of boutique places not including breakfast when I can go to Holiday Inn Express or Comfort Inn for just as clean of a room, cheaper, and breakfast included. Glad I tried it out but there is nothing special about it compared to other hotels in the area other than it being new.
Amazing stay. We really appreciate the restaurant. They were a safe haven dining place for us during our stay. Each visit, service was prompt & top tier. Food & drinks were perfect, each time. Would definitely recommend!
