Doc was kind but office staff are jerks. We got "fired" as patients after 10+ years because they did an in-office wort removal & insurance didn't cover $50 of it. That's it, $50! No call, no text, just a nasty little letter that said we will no longer provide service due to your outstanding balance. We didn't even know about it. So we called & asked WTHeck & were told even if we came in & paid the $50 that day, they didn't want patients like us. We explained we checked out with thier staff & nobody said we owed money. We would have paid it if we had known. Didn't matter, jerk (office manager) on the phone, said you'll need to find a new Doctor. So like I said JERKS!
Dr. Gomez including all the other doctors and staff at Kid Care Pediatrics are absolutely phenomenal! They’re all very knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, patient, and caring. We’ve been seeing Dr. Gomez for almost 13 years and we’ll continue as long as we can. I love that if one of my kids is sick I can call in and they can be seen that same day. Thank you Dr. Gomez and Kid Care Pediatrics for always providing exceptional care and for always being so accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Kid Care Pediatrics to anyone looking for a pediatrician. If I could give you 10 stars I would!
I used to see two different doctors, one for my son and one for my daughter, in this location, but when I started visiting Doctor Omar Gomez for my son’s appointments I really felt and feel very comfortable that I decided to only see him for both of my kids. He explains and answers all the questions I have the way I understand, I only have great things to say about Mr Gomez, and He’s also bilingual. Front end staff very Friendly, and the nurses are great with kids and parents! I’m very happy in this location.
