* DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGER AND FOOD* DISAPPOINTING FOOD I went with my family right when they opened and they sat us in an enclosed area with a round table since we were a big party. Everything was looking like normal, we got our entrees and then our plates, until, one of us found an insect (roach) in their plate(Shrimp Alfredo). They had poured some spice into their plate so they started to mix it and that’s when they saw it.It was quite big like about the size of a bean but much bigger. Like civilized people, we didn’t start to overreact and start to yell. Instead we went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. At that point, like anyone else, we didn’t have the appetite or desire to eat any of our own plates. We didn’t feel at ease to eat since one of us found an undesired pest in their food. So we basically left or plates almost whole. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGER After we went to speak to the front desk, It took the manager 15 minutes to come over and attend us. Before that the waitress was the only one who would come and check on us every so often. She was the only one who respectfully said sorry for the inconvenience and ACTUALLY brought the manager over. When the manager actually came she didn’t even say sorry or apologized. She walked in and asked to see the plate, then started to pick up everyone else’s. She asked if we wanted all the plates re-made,but the second we said no thank you ( since we had already spent enough time sitting there) she turned all serious and with an attitude. Then she started to take the plates when I asked what else will proceed after this but she dismissively answered that she will just take our plates. She then just left us there pondering what we should do, when she came back with a check and told us she took care of everything and just left a drink so we could pay it as a TIP. At the end we just left a TIP for the waitress and we left without any apologies from them. This experience was extremely disappointing since we loved going here often, but after this encounter we will most likely not be going back again anytime soon. After this experience, Olive Garde has lost some loyal customers.
So I come here a lot and normally order my food to go, and normally the food here is good, (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). But I decided to try the new stuffed chicken marsala (which i was really looking forward to) and the whole thing was burnt.... honestly so disappointed, i can't even eat it!!!! 😭
First time ever at Olive Garden ( I know shocking ) my waiter was James and he did an amazing job with my family. They sat us in the family section which was empty and even though it was late our server did not rush us whatsoever and made us feel welcomed I will be coming back to the establishment and asking for James once more. Would recommend!
The staff on Saturday September 21st. Did me a huge favor and went above and beyond to help me after I had a catering company no show for my 25th class reunion. I called at 8:30pm and they were able to help me feed 60 people last minute. It was amazing service. Everything was fresh and well organized that made it easy to serve my guest. I am forever grateful for their help. Felix and Sergio were the managers and Ashley was the server who answered the phone. Bridgette was there when I came on Wednesday to say thank you and was amazing as well.
Me and a friend went for a late lunch one day, and it was a really good experience. It was my first time being at the Olive Garden location. The food was good, the waitress was great. She was friendly and a great server. I will definitely go back.
