It's nice to see joyful welcomes as you enter and visit the concession stands. The employees here are great and theatre rooms well kept up with and clean. We came back to get a refill and it was nice that we got one. Definitely coming back here for our future movies. Thank y'all for being awesome and being generous.
Amenities are nice, chairs in theater are spacious and recline to an incredible degree. It has never been very crowded during my visits. I can say it is clean and well kept, including the bathrooms.
needs work. this place has premium pricing for a not so premium experience. employees up front are alright but not exceptionally friendly. bathrooms are clean but very outdated with empty soap dispensers, broken door latches and tp just sitting out. the thing that drives me nuts the most is the lighting in the theater - they donât dim the lights til the very last second and they donât dim them all the way. the lights flicker and are very distracting during the movie. new things i noticed today were pieces of popcorn not cleaned from our seats or on the floor in the theater, as well as a large white patch on the screen during our movie in theater 6. donât know if something was wrong with the screen or the window or the film or what but it was very distracting in a dark movie. this isnât a bad place and isnât as busy as the theater in alliance but i wish theyâd make a better experience for customers
The theater itself was decent. The concessions were highway robbery, however. 2 cups of water, a small popcorn, a pretzel and a small, sad personal pizza cost $54. None of it tasted good. For that price at a nearby restaurant, you can get two 24 oz Ribeyes, a loaded baked potato, a small salad, green beans, French fries, an appetizer, 2 waters, and unlimited rolls. Let that sink in.
I went to the 9:00 Pm showing for wicked and we sat at the very top back row and kept hearing crumbling behind the seats, we were wondering what it was Untill we saw a rat and had to get up and leave. We will never be coming back to this theater ever again, when we told a worker âyall have rats in the theaterâ they worker shook his head yes like he already knew their were rats.I donât recommend coming to this theater unless yall want rats crawling around, they are probably hanging out in the popcorn machine .
