This is definitely a spot Iâll return to! My kids and I had an absolute blast. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was plenty of shaded seating, and the place wasnât crowded. I donât know if we got lucky or if this is really just an awesome hidden treasure - we even went on Labor Day weekend. The only reason I couldnât give this place 5 stars is due to the lazy river. During our visit it looked like it hadnât been cleaned for random debris and crickets in a few days.
Today I went with my family to have a good time, the atmosphere is very good, there are good attractions, the rescuers are very attentive to everything. In facilities I think they are neglected and a little old they need maintenance, there are some parts of concrete that are dangerous that need to be removed or fixed and the truth is that the price is not cheap at all. Food in general is expensive, as are drinks.
Whatâs not to love, donât have to drive far to have a relaxing day at the water park! Thatâs the best part. Being from here when I was a kiddo all we had was the Brazos. Getting to go to six flags or wet n wild was like 1x year. Being able to spend time with my kids grandkids and family close by is what makes this place special. Oh and itâs affordable
Plenty to do, fun for the kids and family, older look and may need some updates, but pretty good. I read other reviews that said it was Christian but I didn't see anything overtly Christian or religious. Regular music. Excellent life guards, kept their eyes peeled the whole time.
This is from my daughter-in-law who visited this park with my wife and granddaughter. â If I could give 0 stars I would. Disappointment is an understatement. This park is absolutely disgusting and I consider it a health hazard. There are chemicals left out where any adult or child could get into, the lazy river is full of paint chips and dead bugs, the wave pool full of debris, the kiddy area is full of slimy green algae, the tables you sit at to eat have holes in them. My daughter slipped on the algae in the kiddy area and scrapped her leg. A lifeguard put a cone up so no one else would get hurt. Our visit lasted about an hour. Not too sure how anyone can enjoy dirty water for longer than that. We talked to a manager, showed him pictures, and all he could say was âwe are working on the tables.â It is by no means cheap to get into this park ($60+ for two adults and a four year old) so we did request a refund. I would not and never will recommend.â
