I loved it. I called booked a room with two beds. Very clean and welcoming. Terri has a goofy sense of humor that I loved! He gave us brief background of the inn, restrooms are clean and beds are so comfortable. They were so sweet and provided me with a to go yogurt as I was rushing out the door for graduation. I highly recommend.
Two of the best owners I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The room was huge yet intimate and cozy. The morning breakfast was an amazing corse of California style breakfast tacos and the owner was willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions if we had any. Me and my wife are making this B&B our anniversary tradition.
I lived here in 1990 before the hotel was restored. The Grahams have transformed it into the best version of itself. The place is full of history from as far back as 1894. The current owners are the very best of people and will take excellent care of you. If I was visiting town for a sports event or a convention this would be my first choice to stay at.
They treat you like family from the start. Terry is the perfect host! Louise is an absolute delight. If you want to be treated like a favorite relative then this is the place for you! The accomodations are quite nice. The area is beautiful and within walking distance of some really neat activities and eateries. I cannot say enough about this place! We loved it!
Great value! Very home-like atmosphere, yet maintains professionalism as well. The innkeepers are sweet couple who live in another building on property. Upon check-in, you get physical keys (one to a shared back door and one to your room) and access to mini fridges filled with soda, water, beer, and wine. In the upstairs common area is a Keurig station with coffee, tea, and cocoa. The rooms are upscale (lots of hardwood), fully updated, and clean. There were robes in the closet and full-sized toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. Having plenty of off-street parking was a great amenity in such a busy part of town. Easy walking distance to the University of Texas at Arlington, and a short drive to the stadiums. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Coffee, juice, fresh fruit, bacon, and homemade breakfast casserole was served family style at a table set for six. They will cater to any special dietary needs as requested! 10% discount for active duty or retired military (with military ID) if you purchase on their website! We will definitely be back!
